The scheduled maintenance window for Department of Education online services occurs each week between 19:00 Thursday and 04:00 the next morning, local time. Departmental online services may not be available during scheduled maintenance windows.
Due to a technical issue caused by Telstra, service calls made to the ICT Customer Service Centre are intermittently encountering a “Line no longer in service” error. Calls to the ICT Customer Service Centre may be disrupted at this time. Service calls can alternatively be raised by emailing email@example.com.
