The scheduled maintenance window for Department of Education online services occurs each week between 19:00 Thursday and 04:00 the next morning, local time. Departmental online services may not be available during scheduled maintenance windows.

Questions relating to the scheduled maintenance window should be directed to the ICT Customer Service Centre at customer.service.centre@education.wa.edu.au

Setting a user validation question provides a simple and easy way to reset a forgotten password without relying on others.

Please set your user validation question as soon as possible and encourage others to do likewise.
